- A small group (12 Max) guided road trip to Milford Sound with Trips ‘n’ Tramps.
- Nature walks (optional), and friendly informative commentary en-route.
- 2 & 1/2 hour nature based cruise of Milford Sound hosted by Real Journeys.
- Packed lunch with options available for special dietary needs.
- 45 Minute Helicopter Scenic flight over Milford Sound and the Fiordland National Park.
- Wilderness landing high on the Tutuko Glacier (weather permitting), or at the top of the Sutherland falls.
- Complimentary viewing of “Ata Whenua – Shadowlands” at The Fiordland Cinema.

Fiordland Kepler Combo Wilderness Experience
JETBOAT- HELICOPTER – HIKE
A fantastic opportunity to explore this unique part of New Zealand’s World Heritage Status National Park…from the foothills to the mountaintops.
The Kepler Combo combines a memorable 1 hour journey down the Historic Waiau River out onto Lake Manapouri, a spectacular helicopter flight high into the Kepler Mountains, and a hiking adventure along part of the Kepler Track, one of New Zealand’s famous ‘Great Walks”. The helicopter will land you either on top of Mt Luxmore for a 6-7 hour hike down the Mountain (requires moderate fitness) or on one of the lower parts of the track to enjoy a shorter 3-4 hour hike.
The Kepler Track is clearly marked and well maintained for freedom walkers, however a guided option is available if you would prefer. You will experience peace, tranquillity and breathtaking beauty!
About THE WAIAU RIVER
Linking two of New Zealand’s largest and deepest lakes the Waiau river banks are lush with New Zealand native forest and it’s clear deep pools are home to an abundance of brown and rainbow trout. Your boat driver will share his local knowledge about the history and geography of the area with you and stop to look for trout in the deep clear pools.
Known as the River Anduin in the movie Lord of the Rings, a journey along the Waiau River gives you the opportunity to view three”Lord of the Rings film locations.
